This short film was created by the Indigenous Leadership Team of the Saskatchewan Catholic School Board Association and in partnership with the Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation to celebrate World Catholic Education Week 2024. Together we walk proudly in two worlds honoring Faith, Truth, and Reconciliation. This group was inspired by the Papal visit and apology of 2022. As Catholic School Divisions, we continue to learn and grow as we walk together in the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation. We stand united in our resolve to support staff, students, and our broader community on this transformative journey. Through our heartfelt testimonies, inspiring initiatives, and meaningful collaborations, this powerful short film embodies the spirit of Rebuilding, Renewing, and Restoring. This film compels viewers to feel the profound importance of this work as we strive to honor Indigenous voices, histories, and cultures within our Catholic education system.
