Usage of Online Services

Ensuring safe online practices is paramount for our Students and Staff. Should Parent(s) or Guardian(s)  have any questions or concerns about the use of these online applications, please reach out to your school for assistance.

LEVEL 1:  TRUSTED 

Safe for staff, students, and parents/guardians to enter and store data. 
Service conditions met: Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Holy Trinity Open Security Scan (OSS) and Service Organization Control report (SOC 2) 

LEVEL 2: USE WITH CONSENT and SIGN IN WITH HOLY TRINITY ACCOUNT 

Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product. 
Students will login using their Holy Trinity account. Parents/guardians must provide consent prior to student use. 

Always avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. 

LEVEL 3: USE WITH CONSENT or USE WEB ALIAS 

Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product. 
Students must use an unidentifiable web alias to sign in, OR; 

If the student will store data or enter personal information, parents/guardians must provide consent for each service prior to student use. Always avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. 

LEVEL 4:  WEB ALIAS ONLY 

Teachers may direct students to these services to view content or create a product. 
Students must use an unidentifiable web alias to sign in. 

Data stored here may be vulnerable to theft or misuse. Students must not store personal data here. 

HTCSD Staff please refrain from using any third-party online applications that are not approved on the provided list. These unapproved apps may pose security risks and may not align with our educational standards.
